Shipping policy

All Items are shipped via USPS. Depending on the weight of your order determines whether it will be shipped first class or priority mail. Typical 1 to 3 items weigh under 1 lb and are shipped first class mail and no insurance is available for that order unless you contact customer service and ask for priority shipping for an additional fee. All orders weighing a lb or more will ship priority shipping.  Most orders ship out in 4-7 business days. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please feel free to contact us at any time. If you need your order rushed, please note we are only doing 4-7 business days at the moment. BellaBluetique is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You must contact USPS for lost or stolen packages. Please note USPS typically doesn't do anything for first class mail but for priority mail you might be able to file a claim with USPS. Again BellaBluetique will not be responsible for any orders after they are handed over to USPS. We can not guarantee the timing of how long the US postal service takes to get your order to you. Please note since Covid USPS shipping times have went up. This is a worldwide problem that no business has control over so please be patient. 

Local Pickup

All customers in the Hattiesburg, MS area ONLY unless other wise stated can choose local pick up at checkout and will be responsible for picking up their order. You have 3 days to pickup your order from the time you receive confirmation that it is ready. If orders are not pickup within those 3 days than your order will be canceled and you will be refunded back through the same payment option you used to pay which can take 7 to 10 business days. Also you WILL BE charged a 20% restocking fee.

We are currently not shipping intentional

Order Processing:
We do not process or ship on Weekends. We process and ship all orders Monday-Thursday. Orders placed after 12 p.m. Friday will not be processed until the next business day (Monday). Orders are processed in the order of which they are placed. We strive to get your items out as quick as possible, but please allow additional time during holiday times. Also note the shipping times on Pre-Sale items can be as long as 20 Business days.
