BellaBluetique has drops typically every other Friday. Drop days and times are posted on our Facebook business page each drop week https://www.facebook.com/BellaBluetique-180436349574387. Drop time is typically 7pm CST. 

We do not restock often. Each drop is new items. If it is not on the site or if it is saying sold out We do not have it any more and generally will not restock. Designer inspired items come and go and please know Drops sell out within minutes.

You must sign up for text alerts at the bottom of the website. Scroll to the bottom of the home page and put your phone number in the VIP section. A text will be sent to you as soon as new arrivals hit the site. Again text alerts are your biggest chance of scoring each drop because of how fast everything sells out. 

Items are shipped within 3 to 7 Business days depending on how big the drop is. There is only one person who handle thousands of orders. Orders are processed in the order that they are placed. You pay shipping for each order placed. Different orders placed on the same night or within a 24 hour period are shipped together so you will only get one tracking but all orders are under that one tracking number. You will be sent a shipment confirmation email for each order but only one of the emails will contain a tracking number. If you receive different tracking numbers that mean the items are in different bags other than that it is all together. 

The majority of all items are on hand in stock but occasionally we have Pre-Sale orders where items are not on hand. Those orders will have a specific time frame of how long it will take to ship to us. Once we receive them, we ship to the customer 2 to 5 day shipping. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR READING ALL DESCRIPTIONS ON PRE-SALES!!!! They can be as long as 12 weeks if the item has to go through production!!

There are no order cancellations. Once you place an order you can not cancel it for any reason so please be aware of that (IT WILL NOT BE CANCELED AND YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED). If you buy double of something or something that you no longer want you can sell in the VIP group but YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR GETTING ITEM TO CUSTOMER!! Also look at our shipping and refund policies located at the bottom of the website. Local customers please look at our pick up policy (Hattiesburg, MS). 

If you put in the wrong address you can contact customer service to correct it but if by chance the address is not corrected and shipped to the wrong address that is at no fault of the Boutique again one person is responsible for thousands of orders. We will try to catch all mistakes but there is no guarantee so please make sure all your information is correct. You will be responsible for any errors that may occur. 

BellaBluetique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once we ship and give to USPS it is out of our hands. There will be no refunds. If you are having problems with stolen mail or you just want to guarantee delivery you can contact customer service to ship your order priority and to have a signature required. There will be an additional fee for these services. 

Most kid sizes range from 3/6m to 12/14. Everything is true to size unless other wise stated. Women sizes vary.
